IT Magnum Opus (ITMO) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or shipping has been initiated.
2. Non-Cancellable Products
- Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be cancelled.
- However, refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please notify our Customer Service Team within 15 days of receipt.
- The request will be processed only after verification by the concerned merchant/vendor.
- If the product received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must inform Customer Service within 15 days of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
4. Manufacturer’s Warranty
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, issues must be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
5. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved by IT Magnum Opus, will be processed within 9–15 working days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method of the customer.
